The upper, middle and lower abdominal muscles have different sets of exercises. The trainers and experts always advise to follow a detail chart for the exercises which will have the correct postures and instructions. The charts should have proper space for noting the daily progresses.
Everyday you should note down the sets and repetitions of all the different exercises and monitor the progress. If you have any difficulties in doing a particular exercise then you should mention it in your chart so that you might seek guidance from your trainer.
The mid section of the human body is very sensitive and needs proper guidance. If you are doing a wrong exercise then you might hurt your back and vertebral column which might be fetal. So it is always advised to take proper guidance from an expert or a physician before starting the program.
