Budget Officer Warns 7% Jobless Rate Up Until 2016

The Parliamentary Budget Officer of Canada warned that a 7 percent jobless rate could still go up until 2016.Although Kevin Page’s outlook for the jobless rate in Canada is not pretty good,the office still points out that his projection is more positive as compared to the ones projected by the private sector.
